Technical Data
All plumbing runs individually, back to the filter site, for better circulation. The filter is valved so users can operate any or all suction lines independently. The filter is plumbed with the unions for off season disconnections and service. Steel rerod is 6" o.c. vertically (8' depth).
Pool structure is independent of the ground around, with or without water!!
Our Standard Shotcrete Guarantee :
Pool Vessel
The vessel is guaranteed against structural cracks, for as long as you own the pool. NeJame Pools will repair or replace any vessel damage caused by structural cracking including coping, plaster and tile damage.
Plaster Finish
The plaster finish is guaranteed against dislodging from the substrate for 5 years. Discoloration, mottling, checking and staining are not covered under this guarantee, due to local conditions and improper chemical balancing. After the vessel is plastered, it is the responsibility of the owner to maintain it. Instructions will be supplied by seller.
Concrete Decking
The concrete decking is guaranteed against heaving and settling, for as long as you own your pool. If NeJame Pools applies any material to that concrete deck, that material is guaranteed from dislodging or popping. It is the responsibility of the home owner to keep the decking wet for 30 days after installation, this will minimize any shrinkage cracks which are not covered under this guarantee.
Filter, Pump, Motor and Heater
The filter components are guaranteed for as long as the manufactures warranties. The components are also guaranteed against leakage, due to workmanship, as long as you own the pool.
Plumbing
The plumbing and fixtures are guaranteed to hold water, for as long as you own your pool.
Limitations and Exclusions
Filter, pumps and motor, heaters, and plumbing guarantees are with the understanding that NeJame Pools or one of their authorized service technicians, service and winterize the pool and its components, for the period of time specified in each guarantee.
Definition of Guarantee
At NeJame Pools we define guarantee as the labor and material to repair or replace the problem an "no cost to the buyer", no prorating or devaluation.
